Malignant intracerebral nerve sheath tumour of the brain presenting as a recurrent meningioma

A malignant intracerebral nerve sheath tumour (MINST) is a variant of MPNST arising inside the brain. They are very rare tumours that aggressive and have strong metastatic potential. We report case recurrent lesion in brain 39 years male who presented as meningioma. It was finally reported MINST with histopathology immunohistochemistry. Surgical excision treatment choice. The patient on follow-up after an uneventful surgical excision. To best our knowledge, few cases been so far literature. This not only for its rarity but also to highlight this needs be kept mind while diagnosing such lesions these histomorphological findings.
